*A deposit of $150.00 or more will insure that the puppy is held for you. Deposits are non- refundable.
Deposits can be made by personal check if there is @ least 3 weeks before final pmt. is due. Remaining
balance, MUST be paid in CASH!!

48 Hour Health Guarantee
*We provide a 48 hr gurarantee. A certificate from my licensed Veterinarian will be given that your new puppy
is in good health at time of sale. You, as the buyer has 48 hours to take puppy to your licensed Vererinarian
to validate this 48 guarantee. We make no guarantees of weight, height, coat quality, temperament, show quality, breeding
abilities,adaptability, congenital or hereditart defects. Validation to this guarantee requires examination
of your puppy by a licenced Veterinarian. This veterinary examination is mandatory to confirm that your puppy is in acceptable
health during the 48-hours period. This 48 hr guarantee does not cover minor illnesses such as: hypoglycemia, parvovirus, uneven
bites, undescended testicles, inguinal or umbilical hernias, coccidiosis, guardia, parasites, types of bacterial infecions,
and certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, i.e.: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, dermodectic mange ,
and other autoimmune disorders.
Replacement
* If the puppy has a life-threatening congenital or hereditary defect, this puppy may be returned
to me within 48 hours of the required examination. The puppy must be alive and uninjured when returned
for the replacement. Also along with its registration papers signed with a transfer to the seller.
No Exchanges will be made after this period. Replacement by another puppy will be given when one is available.
If a problem does exist and you decide not to return the puppy you will be responsible for all vet bills incurred. If
the Veterinarian should find a debilitating congenital defect the puppy may be exchanged with a healthy puppy of the same
quality, and same sex, upon when one is ready.
Written Agreement
*This is the entire agreement between the owner and seller of the puppy concerning the health of the puppy purchased
today. I , the buyer, have read these limited warranties, including the general terms and conditions,
all of which I understand and accept the Sales Agreement and Contact of Sale. I the buyer accept full responsibility
for the health and the well being of the purchased puppy.
*Any and all legal action, which may arise under any provision of this agreement, will be brought in the State, County,
and City of seller's residence. Buyer will be responsible for all court and attorney"s fees involved.
